Call for Submissions
Articles are needed for Writing for Children's Magazines. If you have the time and an idea, I encourage you
to develop it and send it my way. I will also consider reprints, if you have the rights; just include where the piece
was originally published. Submission guidelines are here. Writing
for Children's Magazines is now paying $10 for original pieces and $5 for reprints. Because I've gotten so few
submissions, the ezine is switching publication from bi-monthly to quarterly, starting in the new year. The publication
dates will be February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. Thank you to those of you who have submitted articles.

[Editor's personal note: I read a couple of the stories on Story Shares to get a feel for the site. I just want to say
that Kelly Winters' Jacob and the Bee Man is excellent! It touched my heart and even brought tears to my eyes at
the end.]
